How We Work:
That's right, we have NO MARKUP whatsoever on any parts that need to be purchased to complete your repair. You pay what we pay and not a penny more! Whenever new parts must be purchased in order to complete your repair, we will include a copy of OUR invoice for your reference, to insure that we haven't tacked anything onto it. The only time this invoice will not be provided is for parts that we already have on hand, as some of these parts no longer have a proper invoice in the first place.

Repairs that can be completed in less than 30 minutes and don’t require specialized tools/equipment will be done on-site for a flat fee of $30!
Repairs taking longer than 30 minutes to complete or requiring special tools will be taken back to our workbench for service. In order to save you money, we don’t charge an hourly fee. We assess a flat price once the problem is identified. If we must take the computer back to our workbench and you decide not to have the work done after identifying the problem, YOU OWE NOTHING! That’s right. WE DO NOT CHARGE A DIAGNOSTIC FEE!!! So it will literally cost you nothing to have us look at it and determine what’s wrong with your computer, just as it shouldn’t! You shouldn’t have to pay to know how much you’ll have to pay again.
We will pick up and return your computer, as well as put it back into a desk and reinstall all peripherals, so you don’t have to. Or, if you prefer, you can drop it off yourself at our location. A $10 delivery fee will apply to deliveries over 10 miles from our location. We will also provide a ‘Debrief Sheet’ that easily outlines and explains all of the actions performed on your computer. Keep this sheet, as a future quick reference, to keep track of changes made to your machine.
